Over the past 3 lessons we've talked about my 3 golden rules of creating powerful life changing hypnotic suggestions. Now we're going to talk about breaking those rules!
This is something that I'd wouldn't normally advice, but their are occasions when you almost have to scare people into taking action.
Breaking the first golden rule (of always focusing on the positive direction of change) is one of he easiest ways to do this. Showing somebody a reality that they really don't want is a very powerful way of motivating them to do something about avoiding it. However, once you've got them moving you need to make sure they shift their focus back to what it is they do want, because where attention goes... energy flows.
